<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mitigation Measure <br /> <br />The project applicant shall prepare a Water Quality Management <br />Plan. The plan shall identify Best Management Practices that <br />would minimize erosion impacts into existing drainage systems. <br /> <br />(C) No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan EIR, the proposed project <br />site does not contain any unique geologic features. Therefore, <br />implementation of the project would not result in adverse <br />impacts to any unique geologic feature. <br /> <br />(D) Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />According the City's General Plan EIR, the proposed project site <br />is located on soils that have moderate shrink/swell potential. <br />As part of the City's development review process a geotechnical <br />study would be prepared to identify the necessary improvements <br />to ensure the long-term goetechnical stability of the project <br />site. <br /> <br />(E) No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project involves the improvement and expansion of a <br />park. Portions of the project site are currently improved with <br />sewer systems. The project site would be able to support the <br />expansion of additional sewer facilities for the proposed <br />project. <br /> <br />VII. HAZARDOUS/HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br /> <br />(A.B) No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project is the expansion and improvement of an <br />existing park site. The long-term operation of the project would <br />not involve the routine transportation, disposal or emission of <br />hazardous materials or waste. Implementation of the proposed <br />project would not result in a significant hazard to the public <br />or the environment. <br /> <br />(C) Less than Significant Impact <br /> <br />A portion of the proposed project site was the former location <br />of the city yard. Routine operations associated with the city <br />yard involved the handling and storage of hazardous materials. <br /> <br />Page 89 <br /> <br />25.H. <br />
