To reduce potential short-term <br />traffic impacts, the following mitigation measure shall be <br />implemented. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measure <br /> <br />During construction operations a flag person shall be available, <br />if needed, to direct all vehicles through the construction zone <br />area. <br /> <br />(E) No Impact <br /> <br />As part of the City's development review process, the Fire <br />Department has reviewed the proposed project for potential <br />impacts in regards to emergency access. The Fire Department has <br />identified conditions of approval to ensure that adequate <br />emergency access is provided. As a result, implementation of the <br />proposed project would not result in significant emergency <br />access impacts. <br /> <br />(F) Less Than Significant Impact With Mitigation <br /> <br />The proposed project would subject to the parking requirements <br />established in the City's Zoning Ordinance. The final amount of <br />required parking would be based on the final design of the <br />project. To ensure that adequate amounts of parking is provided <br />for the proposed project the following mitigation measure shall <br />be implemented. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measure <br /> <br />Once the final design of the project has been established, the <br />project applicant shall coordinate with the Building and <br />Planning Agency on the amount of adequate parking that should be <br />provided. Parking strategies shall be identified to reduce <br />potential parking impacts in adjacent residential areas. <br /> <br />(G) No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project would not be in conflict with any adopted <br />policies regarding alternative modes of transportation.
