5.1.4 Data Entry

1. To facilitate entry of information in the order it is received, information must be enterable in any
sequence.

Positron Response: IQlCAD Complies

IQ/CAD's CADMinistrator is an easily-accessible data entry system used for storing information
in the IQ/CAD database. With only minimal training, a user can learn to enter IQ/CAD database
information efficiently through the CADMinistrator interface. Some of the modules included with
CADMinistrator are: Main Module, Units Module, Events Module, Geographic Module, Interfaces
Module, Admin Module, and Tools Module. Within each of these modules are sub-modules
through which users access individual entry forms.

2. The CAD system must support pre-defined screen formats (forms), as well as a command-line
interface.

Positron Response: IQlCAD Complies

IQ/CAD supports pre-defined forms and a command line function.

3. The following high priority functions may be entered by either typed entry (command line) or
pre-defined screen format:

a. Event Initiation
b. Event Update
c. Event Recall
d. Event Dispatch
e. Unit Status

Positron Response: IQlCAD Complies

IQlCAD provides the means to quickly perform all the above functions. IQ/CAD includes a unique
expert command line that allows an Agency to define the command line structure based on a
previous CAD system or may configure a custom command line. There is a significant operating
and training advantage when keeping the same command line as used in previous systems.
IQ/CAD also supports multiple commands from the command line using a pre-defined delimiter.
IQlCAD also supports multiple virtual command lines. The Operator can enter multiple commands
on the IQlCAD Command Line using pre-determined delimiters. The Operator can store and
retrieve com leted or incom lete commands in the IQlCAD Command Line.

CHANGE ORDER #2 to Computer Aided Dispatch Purchase Agreement A-2004-229
EXHIBIT G-1 IQ/CAD System Updated Response Criteria

\0
\J
~
