9. Premise, Hazard and Previous Events Information: The system shall perform automatic checks and
flag an event when information is found that relates to the location. When an event is displayed, the
system must present indicators that information is available in the Premise and/or Hazard databases for
the event's location.

I The Premise and Hazard databases must accommodate different categories of information such as:

a. Previous Calls For Service (CFS) at the location
b. Officer safety warnings
c. Contacts/keyholders
d. Driving directions
e. Hazardous Materials stored at the location
f. Hazardous situations at the location
g. Floor Plans
h. Location digital photographs

Positron Response: IQ/CAD Complies

Upon location verification, IQlCAD automatically provides Prior Knowledge information. Prior
Knowledge can be any location based information such as stored hazardous materials, key holder
information, notification information, or advisory information. All information placed into Prior
Knowledge may have different color coded alert levels and have expiration dates. This information
is accessed through a hyperlink in the Event Comments. Prior Knowledge also allows users enter
information directly into the form or to attach files. The files can be any format that the computer
has the ability to view. Some examples of files that can be attached are .htm, .jpg, .gif, .txt, .doc,
.xls, .ppt, etc. These files can be located locally on the CAD machine, on a designated server, or
any logical IP address accessible by the network. This data can be entered in advance or added
on the fly as needed. The Prior Knowledge feature of IQlCAD is similar to Premise Information, in
that it contains Premise data. What sets Prior Knowledge apart is that it can also contain
information about people and phone numbers. Another unique feature of Prior Knowledge is that
it can be set up to search remote databases for information contained in a call. The System
Administrator can configure Prior Knowledge to search any ODSC compliant, Oracle, SQL Server,
or Access database for Address, Name, Phone Number and coordinate information.

10. Event Numbering: The system must assign a sequential number for each event created.

I Positron Response: IQlCAD Complies

5.1.8 Dispatching Events: Proposals should describe how to retrieve an event in the dispatcher's pending
queue.

1. Selecting an Event: A single action (e.g., function key, action button, mouse click, etc.) shall retrieve
the top event in the pending queue.

I Positron Response: IQ/CAD Complies

CHANGE ORDER #2 to Computer Aided Dispatch Purchase Agreement A-2004-229
EXHIBIT G-1 IQ/CAD System Updated Response Criteria

f
