The dispatcher shall be able to retrieve an event for action (e.g., dispatch, update, etc.), not only the first
in queue.

I Positron Response: IQ/CAD Complies

2. Assigning Units: There shall be no limit to the number of units that may be assigned to an event.

I Positron Response: IQ/CAD Complies

The CAD system shall respond to the initial dispatch by automatically performing the following actions:

a. Assign the dispatched units to the event
b. Update the event in the event status display
c. Update the units in the unit status display
d. Start any applicable status timers for the dispatched units
e. Log the dispatches in the event's record
f. Time, date, position, and operator stamp all actions

Positron Response: IQ/CAD Complies

The IQ/CAD Dispatcher position features a simplified user interface, presenting information only
as it is requested. Through the "Information on Demand" concept, all information is presented
directly in the field of view of the dispatcher. The presence or absence of additional information
such as pending or unit status dictates map location. Presence of information puts the map in the
background where the operator can use it interactively, absence of information puts the map in
the foreground where the dispatcher can view events, units, and situations in an integrated
graphical environment. IQ/CAD also allows the Dispatcher to execute commands from the map.

The system shall support automatic digital dispatching to Mobile Data Computers and/or Terminals
(MDC/MDT). Each field unit so equipped and assigned to an event shall receive the following information
on the mobile unit, at a minimum:

a. Event Type and Location information
b. Caller name and call back information
c. 911 system ANI/All data
d. Event priority
e. Event Comment information
f.
