LAWS%ON <br />• Re- creation of an existing customer report. <br />The remaining 2 days of the workshop will consist of hands -on mentoring of the City's personnel in the <br />conversion of additional reports based on the previously supplied prioritized inventory. <br />Workshop attendees must have previously attended the appropriate Crystal Reports training or have an <br />intermediate working knowledge of the tool. <br />Following the enQuesta Reporting Portal workshop, Subcontractor will continue the "as -is" conversion of reports <br />based on the previously provided prioritized inventory for an additional 48 hours. In the event that the City <br />requires additional Subcontractor services beyond the workshop and the 48 hours of conversion, these services <br />will be billable on a time and materials basis. <br />City Responsibilities <br />Ensure that key reporting personnel successfully complete the enQuesta Reporting Portal workshop. <br />The City resources may require an additional technical understanding of not only the tool but of supporting <br />languages as well (SQL). <br />The City is responsible for the generation of all reports outside the scope of this document and is therefore <br />required to have resources within the Utility that possess the requisite skill sets. <br />So that Subcontractor may work with the City to port forward a set of current operational reports (detail <br />described under Subcontractor responsibilities), the City will: <br />• Provide a prioritized inventory of current legacy reports no less than 4 weeks prior to the enQuesta <br />Reporting Portal workshop. <br />• Provide written specifications, including business purpose, frequency of execution, intended audience no <br />less than 4 weeks prior to the enQuesta Reporting Portal workshop. <br />• Provide the actual legacy report, including first and last page from the executed report, for all reports being <br />sent to Subcontractor no less than 4 weeks prior to the enQuesta Reporting Portal workshop. <br />Adherence to all 3rd Party Software maintenance requirements for the City's enQuesta Reporting Portal server, <br />including: <br />• Business Objects Crystal Reporting XI — Users who wish use the tool must have a licensed copy of the <br />reporting software loaded onto their PCs. <br />• Oracle Communications Thin - Client software. <br />• Personal computers utilized by end -users who wish to take advantage of enQuestaTm Reporting Portal's <br />ability to export Excel type information, will need to have Microsoft Excel or an Excel viewer installed. <br />SOW- SantaAna- 12Feb08 vFina1_v2.doc Confidential 82 <br />
