LAWSmON <br />City Responsibilities <br />The City will be responsible for completing data validation testing to ensure accurate conversion of City's data. <br />The City will be responsible for all system testing, or business process testing of enQuesta TM workflows and any <br />modifications and interfaces identified in the Business Process Review period using City specific product <br />configuration completed in product configuration. <br />The City will be responsible for developing all test cases for all of their business processes and interfaces to <br />serve as a basis for system testing. <br />As testing issues are identified, the City will report issues in a timely manner and in writing to Subcontractor. <br />The City is responsible for fully executing all test plans prior to the Simulation event. <br />The City maintains primary responsibility for testing enQuesta functionality once deployed to the Train / Test <br />environment. This includes the testing of maintenance releases during and after the Implementation. The City <br />will stay within 2 releases of the current maintenance release. <br />As a final step of the testing phase (at the end of the simulation), the City will be asked to approve the system <br />functionality. <br />Subcontractor Responsibilities <br />Subcontractor will complete unit testing for product modifications and interfaces. <br />Subcontractor will deliver a Test Plan. Details of this plan include a description, roles and responsibilities and <br />an execution plan for the testing. Subcontractor will also provide the City with City business process test case <br />examples and our standard test case template to help the City create their business process and interface test <br />cases for system testing. <br />As testing issues are identified, Subcontractor will report issues in a timely manner and in writing. <br />Subcontractor will log and track all testing issues in a system called Test Track Pro (TTP). <br />Document Outputs <br />Test Plan <br />Standard test case template <br />11. Reporting Portal <br />Scope <br />The implementation of the enQuesta Reporting Portal is targeted for "Go Live" in conjunction with the planned <br />enQuesta implementation. The specific enQuesta Reporting Portal implementation scope includes: <br />• Implementation of the enQuesta Reporting Portal including delivery and assistance publishing the enQuesta <br />Reporting Data Model into the existing Crystal Reports XI environment. <br />• Facilitation of the enQuesta Reporting 4 -day workshop. The first 2 days of the workshop will consist of <br />training of the City's reporting personnel in the enQuesta Reporting Portal package. Training will consist of: <br />• A general overview of the enQuesta Reporting Data Model <br />• A review of the enQuesta Resource Center (eRC) and how to use the data dictionary functionality <br />to find data elements <br />• Hands -on exercises where Subcontractor will mentor the City's reporting personnel in the use of the <br />tool <br />SOW- SantaAna- 12Feb08 vFinal_v2.doc Confidential 81 <br />
