LAWSN <br />Premium Access - <br />Over Web, Customer may use combination of Account Number and <br />Customer Setup of <br />Last 4 digits of SSN to initially setup a new WebConnect account. An <br />Web Account <br />alternative will be Account Number and Home Telephone Number. <br />Customers who do not know their SSN will call AUD during business <br />hours and speak with a CSR to establish access. AUD assumes <br />responsibility for ensuring proper authorized individuals are "set up ". <br />AUD will provide the last 4 digits of the SSN for gaining access to setup <br />a WebConnect account. Customer will proceed to account setup to <br />then establish the new account. <br />Customer may select unique Userid — Alphanumeric with a minimum <br />length of 6 characters and maximum length of 60 characters <br />Customer may select password — Alphanumeric, case - sensitive with a <br />minimum length of 6 characters and maximum length of 12 characters <br />Customer will be required to provide valid email address. This email <br />address will required to complete the online setup process <br />Customer will be required to select and answer 1 "secret question" with <br />the answer being used to authenticate identity should the user forget <br />their ID or Password. When the correct answer is given to the "secret <br />question ", a temporary password for that WebConnect account will be <br />emailed to user's email address on file. When user enters Userid and <br />temporary password, they will be prompted to enter a new, permanent <br />password. <br />Account Summary <br />Customers will be able to view such information as account owner, <br />current balance, current & past due amounts and last payment date <br />Billing History <br />Customers will be able to view a tabular list of the detail of previous Bills <br />including such information as Bill date, Consumption and Bill Amount <br />including Past Due Charges. The number of months of billing history <br />available is configurable by the utility. <br />Billing History will be able to be exported out to Excel with the single <br />click of an icon. <br />Consumption History <br />Customers will be able to view a tabular list of the detail of the last 12 <br />Readings including such information as Reading Date, Prior Reading, <br />Current Reading and Total Consumption. Customer will have the option <br />of viewing Consumption History in either tabular form or in a graphical <br />bar format. <br />Consumption History will be able to be exported out to Excel with the <br />single click of an icon. <br />Bill Presentment <br />Customers will be able to view a bill image. This will be the same bill <br />image format as is available through enQuesta. No actual integration to <br />an imaging system is required or planned for. <br />Electronic Bill <br />Customers can choose to receive an e-mail notification that their bill is <br />Notification <br />ready to be viewed on -line.
