LAWSN <br />Frequently Asked <br />8 standard, pre - defined frequently asked questions. AUD may configure <br />Questions (FAQ) <br />as many additional frequently asked questions as they require. Any <br />configuration of frequently asked questions above and beyond the <br />standard 8 provided by Subcontractor is outside the scope of this <br />project. <br />User Administration <br />The WebConnect enrolled user will be able to change settings on <br />his /her WebConnect account such as change password, change email <br />address and add /remove enQuesta accounts. <br />The enQuesta operator will be able to manage WebConnect user <br />accounts, reset a WebConnect enrolled user's password and create a <br />WebConnect account for a customer. <br />Configuration Toolset <br />Utility website administrators will be able to control some of the content <br />of the WebConnect portion of their website, such as the number of <br />months of history is displayed and the number of viewable bill images. <br />They will also have the ability to manage the content of selected areas <br />of Account Information and Service Request screens: e.g., add a <br />message at the bottom of Billing History, or perhaps a link to pay your <br />bill. <br />Override Internet <br />A WebConnect administrator at the utility will have the option for <br />Explorer Local Auto -fill <br />WebConnect to override the local Internet Explorer auto -fill settings <br />Settings <br />such that Login Name and Password fields will not auto -fill even if the <br />local Internet Explorer settings are set to auto -fill. This will be handled <br />at the server level. <br />Utility Uploaded Forms <br />A WebConnect administrator at the utility can upload selected forms in <br />any binary format. <br />WebConnect Usage <br />The ability to understand what percentage of your enQuesta accounts <br />and Administrative <br />use WebConnect and what volume of your service orders are generated <br />Reporting <br />through WebConnect will be available and the number of new <br />WebConnect accounts. <br />Payment History <br />Customers will be able to view every payment transaction made for <br />each enQuesta account being managed by the WebConnect enrolled <br />user. <br />Payment History will be able to be exported out to Excel with the single <br />click of an icon. <br />SOW- SantaAna- 12Feb08 vFinal v2.doc Confidential 85 <br />
