LAWSN <br />Reports, Workflows, Alerts and Data Access <br />This section covers development work related to business data distribution and process management. This <br />development work may include, but is not limited to the following. <br />• Creation of Custom Reports and Role Based Dashboards <br />• Configuration of Event Driven Proactive Data Monitoring <br />• Delivery of Information via Dashboards, Printer, or Email <br />• Automation of Business Processes Requiring Human Interaction <br />Reports, Workflows and Alerts Scope <br />The required Reports, Workflows and Alerts will be identified during the planning phase and developed jointly <br />by Lawson and the City. Lawson has provided up to 1780 programming hours for Reports, Workflows and <br />Alerts, Interfaces (as defined in Interfaces in Section 11.4 of this SOW) and Customizations (as defined in <br />Customizations in Section 11.4 of this SOW.
