Proposed Work Plan <br />advantage <br />4Vpnt S()IIIIIU <br />Advantage Event Solutions understands the City of Santa Ana's need for thorough event <br />production, including equipment setup, maintenance, and coordination. We are committed to <br />fulfilling all service requirements and have a created a detailed work plan to guarantee smooth <br />execution, ensuring the event runs efficiently and meets the City's expectations. <br />Our Approach to Performing Services <br />We handle event planning, equipment setup, on -site support, post -event cleanup, and ensure all <br />permits and regulations are met. <br />Pre -Event Planning and Coordination <br />The team will hold meetings with the City staff to confirm event details, coordinate <br />logistics, and schedule meetings to go over event schedules and permits or special <br />requirements. <br />On -Site Event Execution <br />A team of experienced technicians will be on -site throughout the event to manage <br />equipment setup, provide technical support, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. <br />Additionally, we will provide the necessary personnel (DJs, MCs, AV technicians). <br />Post -Event Breakdown and Removal <br />After the event, our team will promptly begin dismantling and removing all equipment, <br />making sure that everything is packed safely for transport and stored appropriately. <br />Permit and Compliance Management <br />We will manage all necessary permits (electrical, building, etc.) for the event, ensuring <br />compliance with local regulations and City requirements. <br />ii. Suggestions or Special Concerns for the Evaluation Committee <br />Our approach meets all the requirements in the Scope of Services, but we recommend the <br />evaluation committee consider a few key factors: <br />1. Flexibility in Equipment Requests <br />Since there may be occasions when the City needs additional equipment or services, we <br />suggest incorporating some flexibility into the agreement to accommodate these potential <br />changes. Our team is well-equipped to address such requests promptly and efficiently. <br />2.
