Page 35 of 48 <br />Government Data Practices Act (and where applicable, the Rules of Public Access to Records of the Judicial Branch), <br />including legal fees and disbursements paid or incurred to enforce this provision of the Master Agreement. In the event <br />that the Contractor subcontracts any or all of the work to be performed under the Master Agreement, the Contractor <br />shall retain responsibility under the terms of this article for such work. <br /> Survivability. <br />Certain rights and duties of the Lead State and Contractor will survive the expiration or cancellation of the RFP and <br />resulting Master Agreement. These rights and duties include but are not limited to paragraphs: Indemnification; <br />Limitations of Liability; State Audits; Government Data Practices; Governing Law and Venue; Publicity; and <br />Administrative Fees. <br />Software licenses, warranty, and service agreements that were entered into under the terms and conditions of the <br />Master Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of the Master Agreement. <br /> Severability. <br />If any provision of the Master Agreement, including items incorporated by reference, is found to be illegal, <br />unenforceable, or void, then both the Lead State and the Contractor shall be relieved of all obligations arising under <br />such provisions.
