b. A hearing will be scheduled by the EEO Officer within thirty (30) days of <br />the date of filing of the complaint. <br />4. Notice of Hearing <br />Upon receipt of the request for hearing, the complainant andthee to the date <br />ndent <br />will be notified in writing of the hearing ten (10) calendarY prior <br />of the hearing.
