Assist the City with the Bidding Process by addressing questions or clarifications with <br />written addenda. <br />B. Attend pre-bid conference, if required. <br />PHASE V -Construction Administration <br />A. Attend pre-construction meeting, if required by City of Santa Ana. <br />B. Attend initial job walk and any subsequent job site meetings if required by City of Santa <br />Ana. <br />C. Review change order requests by City Staff, review contractor change orders and issue <br />recommendations to City Staff for action. <br />D. Attend final walk-through.
