City of Santa Ana - On-call landscape architectural services <br />DESI <br />III. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />The following items are not a part of the fee identified in the proposal but shall be reimbursable to RJM <br />Design Group, Inc. as follows: <br />1. Any requested refinements to the plans after authorization to begin Construction Documents shall be <br />completed in accordance with the Standard Hourly Fee Schedule. <br />2. Additional plans, exhibits, or reports requested by the client in addition to the specific tasks outlined <br />in the Scope of Services shall be completed in accordance with the Standard Hourly Fee Schedule. <br />3. Additional meetings, as requested, shall be in accordance with the Standazd Hourly Fee Schedule. <br />4. Coordination, meetings, and plan check review with local utility agencies. <br />Structural engineering, details, and/or calculations. <br />6. Any additional design elements such as hazdscape, site furniture, signage, berming, bioswales, etc <br />shall be completed in accordance with the Standazd Hourly fee schedule. <br />7. Agronomic soils testing. <br />8. Permits, plan check or inspection fees. <br />25B-52 <br />
