All CSC staff members <br />undergo an extensive orientation and receive <br />ongoing training throughout the course of em- <br />ployment. Guest services programs are also con- <br />tinually updated in response to industry needs, <br />and CSC has received high grades from secret <br />shoppers, NBA Audits, and NFL "best practices" <br />personnel at facilities across the country. Addi- <br />tionally, CSC has improved its practices through <br />the development of training materials for multi- <br />ple Olympic Games. <br />Occupational Health & Safety <br />CSC maintains a full time operation to guide <br />employees in identifying and correcting work- <br />place issues before they cause an illness or inju- <br />ry. Its goal is to be proactive in nature to ensure <br />workplace safety, and reduce hazards. Routine <br />training and Best Practices provides CSC with <br />the tools needed to maintain a safe working en- <br />vironment and an efficient response if an illness <br />or injury occurs in the workplace. <br />I A <br />IL '. <br />Qualifications <br />As events become more high profile and com- <br />plex, it is imperative to partner with a crowd <br />management and event security firm who will <br />not only meet your particular requirements, but <br />who will also be a strategic partner to help man- <br />age and reduce your risks. CSC received "Des- <br />ignation" and "Certification" under the U.S. De- <br />partment of Homeland Security's SAFETY Act <br />(Support Anti -terrorism by Fostering Effective <br />Technologies Act).
