<br />hospital, and other non-profit organizations..
<br />28. Will comply, as applicable, with the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act {40 L'.S.C. Section 275a
<br />to 276a-7), the Copeland Act (40 U.S.C. Section Z76c and. I8 U.S.C. Sections 874), and the
<br />Contract Work Hours and Safet~~ Standards Act {40 U.S.C. Sections 327-333), regarding Iabor
<br />standards for feeierally assisted construction sub-agreements.
