Agrees that all allocations and use of fiends under this grant will be in accordance with the F`,' 2J08 Homeland Security Grant Pragrarm Guidance and Application Kit, and the California Supplement to the FY ~t3D$ Homeland Security Grant Program Guidance and Application Kit. All allocations and use of funds under this grant wiL be in accordance with the 411ocations, and use of grant funding must support the goals anal objectives included in the State andi'or Urban .Area Homeland Security Strategies as well as the investments identified in the Invesunent Justifications which were submitted as part of the California FY'20bS Homeland Security Grant Program application. Further, use of FY0$ Fonds is united to those investments included in the California Fy`fl$ Investment Justifications. submitted to Dl-IS/FE~fA and evaluated timraugh the peer review process. 39.
