Exhibit A City of Santa Ana <br />Scope of Work Phase II <br />Siemens Building Technologies, Inc. <br />• Provide engineering as needed for the installation of these units. <br />Roof Mounted Ice Bear System Installation at the Corporate Yard <br />Total price for this portion of the Work is $50,800 <br />Provide and install an Ice Bear System at the Corporate Yard <br />• Contractor shall certify that new ICEBEAR air conditioner shall meet structural en- <br />gineering earthquake requirements to install the ICEBEAR water/ice storage unit on <br />the roof of the Fleet Building at the Corporation Yard. <br />Exclusions <br />This proposal assumes Ice Bear mounting location without building modification, on <br />either 1) the Fleet Department air conditioning equipment area on the roof, or 2) the <br />lower east mezzanine roof area. If the structural and seismic engineering study de- <br />termines that neither location is suitable for mounting the Ice-bear system, it will be <br />located at ground level on the east side of the Fleet Building.
