Exhibit A City of Santa Ana <br />Scope of Work Phase II <br />Siemens Building Technologies, Inc. <br />• Panels are located as follows, list floor (28 units), 2nd east (16 units), 2nd west (16 <br />units), 3rd (16 units). <br />• Communication line to be run from first floor to 3rd <br />• First floor communication room has phone line and breaker panel <br />• MEC with relays to be located at each breaker panel <br />• First floor panel to have modem for connection to central workstation <br />Assumptions for work listed above <br />• Controls submittals are to be provided in advance of work for City review and ap- <br />proval. <br />• Controls as-builts and M & O manuals to be provided upon completion of Work. <br />• Standard graphics for controlled mechanical systems on the Apogee workstation. <br />Custom graphics can be provided if backgrounds are provided. If backgrounds can <br />not be provided then floor plans will be limited to detail. <br />• Provide formal classes at branch for 5 people. <br />• Provide 40 hours on site training. <br />Any schedule compression or acceleration charges, or trade stacking costs that may result <br />because of schedule slips will result in additional charges. <br />• Contractor will use existing conduits & wire if possible. <br />• Power to Siemens panel is available from existing breaker panels. <br />• Control wiring will be protected in rigid and/or flexible conduit. <br />Exclusions <br />• Contractor not responsible for control of any interior or exterior lighting. <br />• Contractor not responsible for new panels or circuit-breakers. <br />• Contractor not responsible for upgrades to the existing Fire Alarm/Life Safety sys- <br />tem, or interconnections or tie in of the smoke detectors to it. <br />• Contractor is not providing or installing smoke detectors or fire dampers. <br />• Contractor is not supplying any Mechanical Equipment other than items specified. <br />• The City is to provide up to six (6) replacement ceiling tiles. Additional replacement <br />tiles will be provided at Contractor expense. <br />1.5. Musco Lighting Controls <br />Total price for this portion of the Work is $397,670 <br />Provide and Install Musco lighting controls for the following parks <br />Monroe Elementary School <br />Cabrillo Tennis Center <br />• Rosita Park <br />10
