Exhibit A <br />Scope of Work City of Santa Ana Siemens Building Technologies, Inc. Phase II <br />• Install time-clocks to control ball-field lighting and ensure that lights cannot come on <br />during day-time <br />• Contractor will work with SCE to convert existing rate schedule to AL-2 rate sche- <br />dule <br />1.2. REBATE ADMINISTRATION <br />• Provide labor, paperwork and documentation to reserve, administer and as applicable, <br />assist in securing applicable incentives for measures listed in this Scope of Work. <br />• Since the incentive is actually paid for by a third party (Southern California Edison), <br />Contractor cannot guarantee that the City will receive the incentive. Contractor will as- <br />sist in providing the documentation needed for incentive application. <br />• Participate in meetings, inspections and site walkthroughs to satisfy incentive require- <br />ments <br />1.3. START-UP, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING <br />• Provide start-up and testing for new installed equipment based on manufacturer's spe- <br />cifications <br />• Provide commissioning to ensure proper functioning of new installed equipment and <br />adherence to contracted operating parameters and sequences. <br />1.4. COMPLETION <br />• Participate in punch-list walkthroughs with Building Superintendent and Park Superin- <br />tendent and ensure completion of punch-list items to the reasonable satisfaction of <br />Building/ Park Superintendent, as applicable. <br />• Contractor will be responsible for final job site clean-up as it relates to Contractor <br />Scope of Work. <br />• Generate as-built plans and provide to City. <br />1.5. DELIVERABLES <br />• A detailed project schedule shall be submitted within 30 days after the NTP <br />• A safety plan and submittal package shall be submitted within 30 days after the NTP <br />20
