9.3. Solicitation. <br /> Driver shall not leave his/her Taxicab to solicit passengers. <br /> 9.4. Fares Charged. <br /> Driver shall not charge fares or charges higher than those authorized in the <br /> OCTAP Regulations. Furthermore, the driver shall activate the taximeter and keep it <br /> activated at all times while carrying afare-paying passenger. <br /> 9.5. Accidents. <br /> In the case of an automobile accident, unless rendered incapable, all Drivers <br /> operating an OCTAP permitted Taxicab shall comply with the minimum requirements <br /> for the mandatory exchange of information established in California Vehicle Code § <br /> 16025. <br /> 9.6 Dispatch <br /> Company shall maintain and provide year-round, 24-hour live human response <br /> dispatched telephone service. <br /> 9.7 Place of Business <br /> Company shall have a principle place of business from which it conducts its <br /> activities as a Taxicab Company, including the dispatch of Taxicabs. Multiple locations <br /> for other activities such as storage, maintenance/repair, etc., are allowed. <br /> 9.8 Credit Card Payment <br /> Company and each Driver shall provide electronic processing of credit cards as a <br /> payment option to customers. <br /> 9.9 Dispatch Information <br /> Company shall maintain the ability to provide OCTAP, upon request, the <br /> following order and dispatch record information for each service request: <br /> - Driver responding to service request; <br /> - Location of pickup request; <br /> - Identification of order taker; <br /> - Date and time order was placed, printed with time machine <br /> and/or computer dispatch system; <br /> - Time delay quoted, if any; <br /> Page 28 <br /> <br /> G52123J <br /> 55C-38 <br /> <br />
