Award a contract to All American Asphalt, the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with unit bid lump sum prices for the base bid <br />plus add -on alternate one in the estimated amount of $1,310,298 for <br />construction of Mid City Neighborhood Improvements and Edinger Avenue <br />Improvements. <br />2. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction cost <br />of $1,764,768. <br />DISCUSSION <br />This project is part of the City's $100 million investment to rebuild <br />neighborhood streets throughout the City. Segments of local streets <br />located within the Mid -City Neighborhood in the area bounded by Bristol <br />Street, Raitt Street, Edinger Avenue, and McFadden Avenue, and a portion <br />of Edinger Avenue east of M, <br />priority for rehabilitation <br />(Exhibit 1) .
