The lowest <br />bid was submitted by All American Asphalt, for $1,310,298, for base bid <br />plus add -on alternate one, which is below the Engineer's estimate of <br />$1,525,240. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />proposed project is exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption <br />Environmental Review Nos. 2009 -164 and 2010 -17 will be filed for the <br />project. In addition, a Certification of Categorical Exclusion and <br />Statutory Worksheet have been prepared in accordance with the National <br />Environmental Policy Act. <br />
