City of Santa Ana Energy Leader Partnership <br />Recycling program, Operation Lamp exchange and others; See other educational <br />marketing and outreach strategies in the Master ELPP PIP. <br />C.2) Residential and Small Business Direct Install <br />The partnership will continue to include these programs in the 2009-2011 cycle as it <br />did in the 2006-08 cycle. <br />C.3} Third-party program coordination <br />The City of Santa Ana Energy Leader Partnership has used third parties in the past <br />and expects to continue to rely on them to support, and to every extent possible, <br />achieve the conununity's greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction strategies and the goals <br />and objectives of the Strategic Plan. <br />C.4} Reh•ofits for just-above LIEE-qualified customers. <br />There is no plan to consider this in the 2009 - 2011 program cycle. <br />C,5) Technical assistance for program management, training, audits <br />The partnership will provide training and information to the city and its community <br />and will coordinate technical assistance, from other program as described in the ELPP <br />Master PIP. <br />c) Non-incentive services <br />The partnership twill build a ME&O portfolio of activities to increase community <br />elvollment in energy core programs. The portfolio will include other SCE services, <br />resources, and assets brought to support the 1b1E&O Plan, including: <br />• Mobile Energy Unit; <br />• SCE's Account Manager/Execu#ive support; <br />• SCE's Customer Technology Application Center (CTAC) training; <br />• SCE's Speakers Bureau; <br />• Providing limited giveaways (fot• exm~~ple, opportunity drawings and free CFLs); <br />and <br />• Providing marketing, design, and printing of brochures and other collatetal <br />materials. <br />d) Target audience <br />The partnership's principal target audiences are the City's municipal facilities. <br />Facilities to be improved include city hall, its police facility, the Corporate Yard, the <br />South best Senior Center, the Bowers Museum, the Transportation Center, Fire <br />Stations 1 -- 10, and a variety of city pal•ks.
