1 <br />inspection, including a list of deficiencies, will be provided upon completion of the test to satisfy the AHJ and to <br />maintain your Certificate of Occupancy. <br />The equipment included as part of this service is listed in the List of Maintained Equipment section of this service <br />agreement. <br />Smoke Detector Sensitivity Testing: Smoke Detector Sensitivity testing will be performed, in accordance with <br />NFPA guidelines, using the manufacturer's recommended test methods and a UL approved testing device. We will <br />provide an analysis of the test results along with recommendations for detectors that require either cleaning or <br />replacement <br />Repair & Replacement Services: To reduce the unexpected costs of unbudgeted repairs, Siemens will provide <br />labor and / or materials to repair or replace failed or worn components. Components that are suspected of being <br />faulty may be repaired or replaced in advance to minimize the occurrence of system interruptions. Equipment <br />covered under this agreement is itemized in the List of Maintained Equipment, unless otherwise noted.
