Agreement for Domestic Water <br />Quality Testing Services <br />May 3, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />Staff recommends that the number - two -rated firm of Clinical Laboratory of San Bernardino, Inc. <br />be retained for this service. This recommendation is based on the following: <br />1. They were highly rated on the basis of experience, qualifications, and excellent past <br />service record by all three members of the selection committee. <br />2. They have been providing water quality testing as a state - approved laboratory since 1968 <br />and are the City's current contract laboratory. <br />3.
