RESOLUTION 2010-023 <br />REVENUE FY 10-71 <br />ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT/M ISCE LLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE UNIT FEES <br />SECTION IX PLANNING 8c BUILDING AGENCY <br />Projects prior to May 78, 2009, sho/! be subject m the fees indicated in Resolution 2009-O/8 <br />09800 1 001- When a building is demolished, [he owner shall provide [he <br />24015 City with a cash or surety bond as described in Section 8-1768 <br />through 8-1771 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. For [he <br />purpose of lot cleanup and capping of the sewer lateral, the <br />value of the bond is [o be established by [he Building Official <br />but in no case shall the bond be less than $1,000.00 per <br />building. A single family dwelling and garage shall be <br />considered as one building for bonding purposes <br /> Note: A demolition permit <br /> fee is separate from and additional <br /> to the fee For any other permit <br /> which may be required by code <br /> provisions other <br /> specifl tally regulating <br /> demolition <br />51601 FLOODPLAIN CONSTRUCTION Each 238.95 <br /> STANDARDS VARIANCES <br /> The fee for an application for a variance from the floodpl ain <br /> construction standards of [he City. <br />51601 APPEALS Each 1,107.00 <br /> The fee for an appeal of a ruling of the Building Official to <br /> the Planning Commission (SAMC Section 806 254) shall be <br /> payable at the ume of Fling of the appeal. <br />51601 RELOCATION INSPECTIONS <br /> The fee for an inspection on a building or structure, as <br /> required for its proposed relocation. <br /> Main building or structure Each 398.90 <br /> Accessory structure Each 7930 <br /> Inspection for structures located outside of [he City Per Mile 0.78 <br /> Travel time Per Hour 79.30 <br />53600 APPLICATION PROCESSING AND <br /> PLAN CHECKING FEES <br />An application processing fee and plan checking fee shall be <br />paid to the Building Official at the time of submitting plans <br />for checking. Such fee shall be equal to 65 % of the building <br />permit fee as set forth in this resolution. For all buildings, <br />such fee shall also include a surcharge for state mandated <br />energy conservation enforcement equal to $2200 for each <br />1,000 square feet of building area, or fraction thereof, up to <br />4,000 square feet, and $1 1 _00 for each additional 1,000 <br />square feet or Fraction thereof. For any plan submitted which <br />is subject to the disabled accessibility requirements of Title 24, <br />California Code of Regulations, a surcharge of 10% of the <br />basic plancheck fee shall be required- <br />34 <br />
