RESOLUTION 2010-023 <br />REVENUE <br />ACCOUNT DEPARTM ENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE <br />SECTION IX PLANNING 8c BUILDING AGENCY <br />Projects prior to Moy I$ 2009, sha/I be subjeu to the Jees indicated in Resolution 2009-018 <br />51601 OSHPD CERTIFICATION FEE <br />53600 <br />Whenever plans are submitted for the construction of specialized <br />medical clinics which require by law certification of compliance with <br />requirements set forth by the Office of Statewide Health Planning <br />and Development (OSHPD-3 certification), a building permit fee wdl <br />be paid to the Building Offidal equivalent to 1% oFthe construction <br />valuation. An additional plan check fee equivalent to .65% of the <br />construction valuation will be paid to the Building Official at the time <br />plans are submitted for plan check.
