v. Glare from the parking structure lighting shall not be visible <br /> from the plaza level or any public right-of-way. <br /> vi. Main Street <br /> i) 12 spaces to replace existing surface parking lot for <br /> 1111 N. Broadway <br /> j) The remaining 453 parking spaces may be used for <br /> other uses in the area <br /> <br /> b. Building Setbacks <br /> i. Broadway: <br /> The minimum required setback for the parking structure is 124 <br /> feet as measured from the properly tlne. <br /> ii.
