Art should be sited to complement features such as plaza or <br /> architectural components so that the art is an integral part of the <br /> One Broadway Plaza development site. <br /> c. Public art should be constructed using durable materials and <br /> finishes including but not limited to stone or metal. <br /> d. No art piece provided pursuant to the public art requirement, <br /> including an art piece such as a mural that may be proposed on <br /> the south elevation of the parking structure at the Sycamore <br /> Street entrance, sha11 Include advertising of any type, Including <br /> but not limited to products, services or businesses. <br /> e.
