Specialty Environments shall replace in size, kind end quattiity all plant materials <br /> damaged or destroyed during the maintenance operations due to negligence. The size and <br /> claracter of trees and shrubs shall be equal to the plant at the time of loss. Where <br /> replacement relative to size is not feasible an alternative size and credit maybe accepted. <br /> 13. All of the walks will be blown off or vacuumed each service day. All drains will be <br /> kept clean and functioning properly. <br /> 14. Specialty Envirannlettts is aware of the impact that a well thought oui color program <br /> can have.
