Task 1: Project Management <br /> <br />This task focuses on the management of the project to ensure that the project meets funding expenditure, <br />milestone, and reporting deadlines. <br />Subtask 1.1: Administration and Project Management <br /> <br />This sub-task includes the requirements for schedules, cost control, progress reports, invoicing, and <br />administration of all consultant work. <br />Project Management Plan: The consultant shall provide a comprehensive plan for project managem ent <br />to communicate the scope of work, constraints, and technical requirements to all project participants. The <br />plan shall include coordination strategies with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project. <br />The plan shall also include an organization chart with description of participant responsibilities, a baseline <br />schedule prepared using the Critical Path Method, and work breakdown structure that identifies the <br />duration and completion of key project activities milestones. The budgeted hours and resource allocation <br />for each task and subtask shall also be defined. The consultant shall submit a copy of the Project <br />Management Plan (PMP) for this Project within thirty (30) calendar days of contract execution. <br />Elements of the PMP shall include:
