For renters, <br />housing costs include rent paid by the tenant , plus utilities. For owners, housing <br />costs include mortgage payment, taxes, insurance, and utilities. <br />According to Table 11, the following groups experience disproportionate need as defined <br />above: <br />• Hispanic households have disproportionate severe housing needs within the 0%- <br />30% AMI range. <br />• American Indian or Alaska Native households, and Pacific Islander households have <br />disproportionate severe housing needs within the 50%-80% AMI range. <br />• American Indian or Alaska Native households have disproportionate severe housing <br />needs within the 80%-100% AMI range. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT 6
