As noted <br />above, this part of the city is a high POC segregation area that is <br />predominantly Hispanic. <br />• San Juan Capistrano <br />o Segregation: There is a high POC segregation area that is predominantly <br />Hispanic. There is overlap between the location of publicly supported <br />housing, including a high rate of voucher use, and the areas of high POC <br />segregation in the Census Tract that encompasses the interchange between <br />I-5 and the Ortega Highway (SR-74). <br />o Disparities in Access to Opportunity: Based on analysis of fair housing <br />complaint data, individuals with disabilities disproportionately experience <br />discrimination in housing. Geographically, the neighborhoods around the I-5 <br />and the Ortega Highway (SR-74) interchange experience poor environmental <br />health and have low economic scores. This is a high POC segregation area <br />and is predominantly Hispanic. <br />• Seal Beach <br />o Segregation: There are areas of high White segregation in the city. <br />o Disparities in Access to Opportunity: Based on analysis of fair housing <br />complaint data, individuals with disabilities disproportionately experience <br />discrimination in housing. <br />• Stanton <br />o Segregation: There are areas of high POC segregation in the city, which are <br />predominantly Hispanic or AAPI neighborhoods . There are overlaps between <br />the location of publicly supported housing, including a high rate of voucher <br />use, and areas of high POC segregation throughout the city. <br />o Disparities in Access to Opportunity: Based on analysis of fair housing <br />complaint data, individuals with disabilities disproportionately experience <br />discrimination in housing. Additionally, all Stanton residents experience low <br />access to environmentally healthy neighborhoods, and residents in the <br />neighborhoods on the south side of Katella Avenue and on the eastside of <br />Beach Boulevard north of Katella Avenue also experience high exposure to <br />poverty. <br />• Villa Park <br />o Segregation: There are areas of high White segregation in the city. <br />• Yorba Linda <br />o Segregation: There are areas of high POC segregation in the northern area of <br />the city, which is predominantly AAPI, and areas of high White segregation <br />elsewhere <br />The contributing factors to each of the fair housing issues listed above, along with each <br />jurisdictions’ fair housing goals and actions, are outlined as follows: <br />EXHIBIT 6
