Lack of resources for fair housing agencies and organizations. <br />2. Displacement of residents due to economic pressures. <br />3. Location and type of affordable housing, including availability of affordable units in a range of <br />sizes. <br />4. Lack of access to opportunity due to high housing costs. <br />5. Quality of affordable housing information programs. <br />6. Access to transportation for individuals with disabilities. <br />Actions: Timeframe: <br />1. Support fair housing services provider and efforts to minimize <br />discriminatory housing practices. <br />Ongoing <br />2. Maintain and monitor the residential sites inventory to ensure sufficient sites <br />remain to accommodate the RHNA allocation throughout the planning <br />period. Receive and process development applications for residential <br />projects. <br />2021-2029 <br />3. Maintain adequate capacity to accommodate the City’s RHNA obligations at <br />all income levels throughout the planning period. Collaborate with the development community annually, including affordable <br />housing developers, to evaluate the viability of developing city-owned land <br />as affordable housing. <br />Annually <br />5. Monitor the City’s existing affordable housing stock and support affordable <br />housing developers in their efforts to develop new affordable units in <br />Stanton.
