Through these steps, the city's goal will be to increase <br />assistance to eligible residents by 25 percent. <br />6. Continue to enforce city codes to eliminate and prevent unsightly or hazardous <br />conditions in residential areas throughout the community, with efforts targeting <br />Census Tracts 110603, 110500, 110301, 110302, and 110401 located adjacent to <br />limited access freeways. Through these steps, the city's goal will be to reduce <br />blighted conditions by 20 percent. <br />7. Continue to participate in Orange County assessments and programs as a <br />participating city in the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing. <br />8.
