The goal of this program is to ensure that fees (both the dollar <br />amount and timing), incentives, development standards/review <br />processes do not constrain the development of housing units or <br />render housing development infeasible <br />Annually <br />41. The City will develop and establish specific written procedures for <br />requesting and granting a reasonable accommodation for housing <br />for persons with disabilities. <br />6/30/2023 <br />42. The City will update the Zoning Ordinance and related policies <br />pertaining to emergency shelters, Low- Barrier Navigation Centers <br />(LBNCs), transitional and supportive housing, and group care <br />facilities to conform to State requirements, as established by AB 139, <br />AB 2162, and Senate Bill 48.
