Provide adequate parks and open space to all parts of the <br />community, the City will prepare a comprehensive design strategy to <br />include passive urban park setting for every project and include other <br />placemaking strategies. This program, as implemented, will reduce <br />unsustainable energy use, reduce pollutants, improve air quality, <br />reduce extreme heat events and improve the health outcomes of <br />residents, employees and others in the community. <br />By December 2024. <br />69.
