Allocate CDBG or other available funding assistance to projects <br />in the Gateway Specific Plan area that include multi-family units <br />targeted for extremely-low-income households, as feasible. <br />Annually <br />c. Incentivize affordable housing development through modified <br />development standards, expedited processing, or other financial <br />incentives for affordable housing projects. <br />Ongoing <br />9. Prioritize funding assistance for Extremely Low-Income units. Ongoing <br />12. Review City-owned properties annually to identify any surplus land <br />that could be made available for affordable housing development and <br />distribute list of suitable sites to regional affordable housing <br />developers. <br />Annually <br />13.
