Study and pursue a home sharing program Establish program in 2025 and <br />begin implementation in 2026. <br />Improve conditions in neighborhoods through the following <br />actions: <br /> <br />10. Assess and expand MV Shuttle services and Safe Routes to <br />School program to serve new developments and <br />underserved neighborhoods. <br />Assess transit services at least <br />every three years. Assess and <br />expand Safe Routes to School <br />program to align with new <br />developments. <br />11. Target outreach to two neighborhoods where there are <br />issues of housing conditions. <br />Annually <br />12.
