Instead, this Project modifies the list of land uses <br />Transit Zoning Code (SD-84) amendments <br />and permit types, including the deletion of industrial land uses, <br />with the following claims: <br />amends nonconforming regulations including the addition of an <br />amortization process, amends and adds operational standards <br />- Claims that the ordinance will reduce <br />for allowed uses and nonconforming uses, and deletes the <br />air pollution are misleading, as the <br />Industrial Overlay zone from text and maps, and deletes the M1 <br />primary pollution sources are <br />(Light Industrial) and M2 (Heavy Industrial) suffixes from certain <br />automobiles and trains, not industrial <br />properties within the TZC area.
