The current agreement with CDLF will expire on June 30, 2025, <br />and has an option for the City to grant two, one-year renewals. <br />CDLF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has been providing counseling services <br />to victims of psychological trauma for over 29 years. CDLF has ensured the mission and <br />core values of the SAFJC are implemented in every aspect of the center's operation and <br />has maintained strong relationships with both on -site and off -site community partners, <br />interns, and volunteers, and has fostered a positive working environment.
