Exhibit 1 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH <br />CASA DE LA FAMILIA TO PROVIDE AN OPERATIONS SPECIALIST <br />FOR THE SANTA ANA FAMILY JUSTICE CENTER <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on June 17, <br />2025, by and between Casa de la Familia, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, ("Consultant"), and <br />the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement No. A-2022-104 on June 21, 2022 ("Agreement") to <br />provide an Operations Specialist for the Santa Ana Family Justice Center. The term of the <br />Agreement was three (3) years until June 30, 2025, with the option for the City to grant two <br />(2) one year (1) renewals. <br />B. The parties now wish to amend the Term to exercise both options to renew the Agreement for <br />a total of two (2) years until June 30, 2027. <br />C. The Parties also wish to amend the Compensation to add an additional $100,628 for year four <br />(4) and $103,043 for year five (5) of the Agreement, for a total of $203,671. The total amount <br />to be expended during the term of the Agreement shall not exceed $535,304. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 2.c, Compensation is amended to add an additional $203,671, for a total not to exceed <br />amount of $535,304. <br />2. Section 3, Term is amended to extend the term of the Agreement by two (2) additional years <br />from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027. <br />3. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />[Signatures on following page] <br />Pagel of 2 <br />
