Art galleries, retail <br />b. Art supplies, including framing services <br />c. Bicycles, <br />d. Books, magazines, and newspapers <br />e. Cameras and photographic supplies <br />f. Clothing, shoes, and accessories <br />g. Department stores <br />h. Drug stores and pharmacies <br />i. Dry goods <br />j. Fabrics and sewing supplies <br />k. Florists and houseplant stores with indoor sales only <br />l. Furniture and home décor stores <br />m. Hardware and building supply stores <br />n. Hobby materials <br />o. Jewelry <br />p. Luggage and leather goods <br />q. Musical instruments (small), parts and accessories, large instruments are <br />under “Furniture, Furnishings, and Appliance Store” <br />r. Orthopedic supplies <br />s. Small wares <br />t. Specialty shops <br />u. Sporting goods and equipment <br />v. Stationery <br />w. Toys and games <br />x. Variety stores <br />y. Adult business as defined in section 41-1701.6 of the SAMC, antique or <br />collectible stores, furniture, furnishings and appliance stores, medical <br />marijuana dispensaries or second-hand stores. <br /> <br />b. Sheet metal shops, body-fender works, automobile paint shops, repair <br />garages, and any activity which includes the processing, treatment, <br />manufacturing, assembling or compounding of any product, other than <br />that which is clearly and traditionally incidental and essential to a particular <br />retail activity. <br /> <br />c. Any use which is more specifically identified as a permitted use or as a <br />use which may be permitted subject to the issuance of a conditional use <br />permit or land use certificate in one or more use districts pursuant to this <br />code. <br />
