NONPROFIT SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM <br />The Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) provides funding for physical security enhancements <br />and other security-related activities to nonprofit organizations that are at high risk of a terrorist or <br />other extremist attack. The NSGP also seeks to integrate the preparedness activities of nonprofit <br />organizations with broader state and local preparedness efforts. <br />.For additional information about the NSGP not found in the NOFO, manual, or other program- <br />specific guidance, contact FEMA-NSGP@fema.dhs.gov. <br />1.4.4. TRANSIT SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM <br />The TSGP provides funds to eligible public transportation systems (which include intra-city bus, <br />ferries, and all forms of passenger rail) to protect critical transportation infrastructure and the <br />travelling public from terrorism, and to increase transportation infrastructure resilience. <br />.For additional information about the TSGP not found in the NOFO, manual, or other program- <br />specific guidance, contact FEMA-TISB-rail-and-transit@fema.dhs.gov. <br />1.4.5. INTERCITY BUS SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM <br />The IBSGP provides funds to eligible private operators of intercity over-the-road buses to protect <br />critical transportation infrastructure and travelling public from acts of terrorism, and to increase <br />transportation infrastructure resilience. <br />.For additional information about the IBSGP not found in the NOFO, manual, or other program- <br />specific guidance, contact FEMA-IBSGP@fema.dhs.gov. <br />1.4.6. INTERCITY PASSENGER RAIL PROGRAM - AMTRAK <br />The IPR Program provides funds to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) to protect <br />critical transportation infrastructure and the travelling public from terrorism, and to increase <br />transportation infrastructure resilience. <br />.For additional information about the IPR Program not found in the NOFO, manual, or other <br />program-specific guidance, contact FEMA-TISB-rail-and-transit@fema.dhs.gov. <br />1.4.7. PORT SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM <br />The Port Security Grant Program (PSGP) provides funding to port authorities, facility operators, and <br />state and local agencies for activities associated with implementing Area Maritime Security Plans <br />(AMSP), facility security plans, and other port-wide risk management efforts. <br />.For additional information about the PSGP not found in the NOFO, manual, or other program- <br />specific guidance, contact FEMA-GPD-PSGP@fema.dhs.gov. <br />7
