EXHIBIT 3 <br /> CsuandUp <br /> ror kids <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> • A Career Planner or Case Manager will monitor the progress of the youth, including <br /> periodic check-ins with the employer to assess the youth's development and address any <br /> concerns. <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> • Paid Work Experience: Youth participants should be compensated at least at the <br /> minimum wage rate, or at a rate that is consistent with local labor standards and the <br /> youth's position. The WIOA Youth Program will fund wages up to a predetermined <br /> maximum amount per participant, subject to available funding. <br /> • Unpaid Work Experience: Youth participants will not be compensated but will receive <br /> experience, mentorship, and support to develop work readiness skills. <br /> • Participants must be provided with a written agreement detailing the terms of the work <br /> experience, including duration, compensation(if applicable), and expected job tasks. <br /> SUPERVISION AND EVAL UATION <br /> • Employers or worksite supervisors will provide supervision and feedback to youth <br /> participants throughout the work experience. <br /> • The Career Planner or Case Manager will conduct periodic evaluations and site visits to <br /> monitor the youth's progress, address concerns, and ensure the work experience is <br /> meeting the program's objectives. <br /> • Upon completion, a formal evaluation will be completed for the participant, highlighting <br /> strengths, areas for improvement, and skills gained during the experience. <br />
