A EXHIBIT 3 <br /> • <br /> SUandUp <br /> P kids <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> Memorandum of Understanding <br /> Between <br /> StandUp for Kids and <br /> Sentri Institute <br /> This Memorandum of Understanding is between StandUp for Kids (hereinafter referred <br /> to as "StandUp") and Sentri Institute (herein after referred to as "Sentri"). Beath <br /> StandUp and Sentri referred to as the "Parties". This Memorandum of Understanding <br /> is to establish the necessary relationship and responsibilities to ensure the <br /> availability, accessibility, and coordination of services. <br /> I. Both parties will use collaborative efforts to share resources and expertise <br /> where appropriate. <br /> 11. The Memorandum of Understanding shall be from when the Memorandum of <br /> Understanding is signed by StandUp and Sentri and will continue for a period <br /> of 12 months unless either party provides 15-day written notice to <br /> terminate. <br /> Ill. Weekly mentoring meetings will be held virtually or face-to-face (pending <br /> state and local guidance) due to the current pandemic. <br /> IV. Both parties will establish and maintain an open line of communication to <br /> discuss needs and progress of youth in the program. <br /> Now therefore, the Parties agree: <br /> A. Sentri agrees: <br /> 1. To keep StandUp notified of any employment opportunities that are open to <br /> youth ages 18-24. <br /> 2. To train youth enrolled in WARP. <br /> 3. To designate a person who will be the point of contact between both <br /> parties and the youth's direct supervisor. <br /> 4. To guide youth through employment placement following training. <br /> 5. To collaborate and offer feedback to StandUp and youth in areas of <br /> assessment and evaluation. <br /> G. To provide feedback for learning to candidate. <br />
