EXHIBIT 3 <br /> 7. To encourage youth to develop and practice new skills for personal and <br /> professional growth. <br /> 8. To provide youth with up to 95 hours of training over the course of up to <br /> two weeks. <br /> 9. To inform Standup if a participant is not a good fit during their training AND <br /> allow Standup to be the one to let the participant know of the separation. <br /> 10.Hold Standup harmless for any issues arising out of the employment of <br /> candidate. <br /> B. StandUp agrees: <br /> I. To ensure candidates' basic needs (housing, food, transportation) are met <br /> prior to providing referrals for internship positions. <br /> 2. To equip youth with tools and preparation to enter the workforce through <br /> employment readiness guidance. <br /> 3. To provide intervention and prevention services to homeless, at risk, and <br /> underserved youth including the opportunity to participate in current <br /> programs such as Mentoring programs, We Deliver- Groceries Delivery <br /> Program. <br /> 4. To designate a person who will be the point of contact between both <br /> parties. <br /> 5. Program Coordinator will maintain communication with Sentri contact <br /> person to identify needs and candidates for employment positions. <br /> 6. To screen candidates and submit only candidates that meet the following <br /> criteria: <br /> a. Has transportation or has proved they a can use and are willing to use <br /> public transportation. <br /> b. Shows consistency, increased responsibility, accountability, and <br /> punctuality. <br /> c. Must have the ability to pass a background check AND a Psychological <br /> Evaluation (If applicable). Felonies exclude candidates. <br /> Misdemeanors involving firearms are automatically excluded. <br /> 7. StandUp will engage in evaluation efforts. <br /> S. StandUp will conduct weekly mentoring meetings with youth. <br /> 9. StandUp will remain in contact with site supervisor at "Sentri" to discuss <br /> youth's progress. <br /> 10.To pay for, the training required for the youth to receive their guard card. <br /> Fundamental Security cohort: <br /> Program Total per youth: <br /> e BSIS Guard Card State Fees $55 <br /> * First Aid/CPR/AED American Red Cross Fee$37 <br /> • BSIS Guard Card Live Scan $85 <br /> + Course Materials/Training Aids$75 <br /> 0 Course Training Cost$575 <br />
