EXHIBIT 1 <br /> Administration responsibility for this Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action (EO/AA) <br /> Program is delegated to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer for the <br /> Santa Ana local Workforce Development Area.
